What we do with what you tell us.
No cookie banner, no trackers, no selling anyone on. This page says exactly what we hold, why we hold it, and how to make us delete it.
Agentika is a product of Agentika Ltd. This notice covers agentika.co.uk — this website and the demo request form on it. It does not cover the hire desk our customers sign in to, which is governed by the agreement between us and that business.
Who is responsible for your data
For everything on this website, Agentika is the data controller. If you want to reach us about any of it, write to privacy@agentika.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
Only two things put data into our hands here: filling in the demo request form, and loading the page at all.
When you request a demo
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked us for a demonstration of a product, and we cannot arrange one without being able to contact you. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
When you simply load the page
- Our hosting and database providers log the usual technical request details, including your IP address, as any web server does.
- We record the IP address a demo request arrives from, so one address cannot flood the form. That record is kept for 24 hours and then deleted, and it is never joined to your enquiry.
- If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is stored in your own browser. It never reaches us.
There are no advertising cookies on this site, no analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you about.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches these suppliers only because they run parts of the service:
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Supabase — runs the database your enquiry is stored in.
- Resend — sends the confirmation email and the internal alert that tells our team a new enquiry has arrived.
Each of them handles it under contract, on our instructions, and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
A demo request is deleted twelve months after you send it, unless you become a customer in the meantime — in which case your details move into your customer account and are governed by that agreement instead. The anti-spam record of your IP address is deleted after 24 hours. Ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will.
Where it is held
Your enquiry is stored in a database hosted in London, and it goes there straight from your browser rather than through our web servers first. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK — our email relay, for instance — that transfer is covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it to someone else in a portable form. You can also object to us processing it on the basis of legitimate interests. Write to privacy@agentika.co.uk and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have got it wrong, you are entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first, but it is your call.
Changes to this notice
If we change how any of this works we will change this page, and the date at the top of it, before the change takes effect.
