These terms cover your use of agentika.co.uk and the demo request form on it. They are between you and Agentika Ltd. If you go on to become a customer, the service itself is governed by the separate written agreement we will sign with you — not by this page.

What this site is

A description of a product, and a way to ask for a demonstration of it. Nothing here is an offer to contract, a quotation, or advice you should act on without talking to us. The prices shown are indicative and exclude VAT; the price you pay is the one in your agreement.

Requesting a demo

• Give us details that are accurate and yours to give. In particular, only submit a phone number and email address you are entitled to use.
• Submitting the form does not oblige either of us to anything. It starts a conversation, and either side may end it.
• We limit how many requests one address can send in a short window, so the form stays usable for everyone. If you hit that limit, wait a few minutes or email us.
• We may decline a request without giving a reason.

What you may not do here

• Submit anyone else’s personal details, or anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately false.
• Use automated means to submit the form, scrape the site, or probe it for weaknesses. If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us — see Contact.
• Copy, reproduce or republish the content of this site beyond what ordinary browsing requires.

Who owns what

Everything on this site — the words, the design, the Agentika name and logo — belongs to Agentika Ltd or is used with permission. Nothing here transfers any of it to you. The details you send us stay yours; you give us permission to use them for the purposes set out in our privacy policy, and nothing further.

Availability

This is a marketing site. We keep it up, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Where the site links somewhere else, that destination is not ours and we are not responsible for it.

Liability

We give no warranty that the information on this site is complete or current, and we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are using this site in the course of a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date above it tells you when it last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
